She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Fitch Jr. and Thelma Irene Kelly Fitch; her significant other Ellis "Pat" Hetzer of Westwood, KY; her children, Jeff Hetzer (Denise) of Kingsport, TN and Tammie Hetzer-Womack (Tony) of Bellefonte, KY; her granddaughters, Kennedy Peyton Womack and Delaney Elizabeth Hetzer; and her brothers, Roger Fitch (Bunny) of Naples, FL, Fred Fitch III and Robert "Lee" Fitch. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to Kentucky State Police Shop with a Trooper Christmas Giving Program for underprivileged community children in the Ashland Post 14 area.
