He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wallace and Pricy Jane Owens McCullough; his former wife Helen Kelley Wallace; and his siblings, Bob Wallace, Katy Leadingham and Deanie Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Blankenship Wallace; his children, Dave Wallace (Betsy) of Mint Hill, NC, Jim Wallace of Ashland, KY, Brenda Shannon, Christi Blankenship and Michelle Maynard; his grandchildren, Erin Sidebottom (Daniel) and Amanda Hill (Cain); and his brother-in-law Bill Wheeler. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
