He was predeceased by: his sisters, Anne C. Workman and Jessica C. Drake. He is survived by: his son Richard T. Case of Clarksville, TN; his sisters, Jennifer Lewis (Bill) of Columbus, OH, Mary C. Sanderson and Catherine Sheridan (Tony) of Jamestown, OH; and his brother-in-law Joe Workman of Bloomingburg, OH. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and great nephews.
