He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Fraley and Maxine Robinette Fraley; his wife Gladys Gauze "Cookie" Fraley; and his siblings, Paul Fraley, Bob Fraley, Mary Swim and Dee Kennerson.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Fraley (Sabrina) of Flatwoods and Donna Fraley Minton (Scott) of Ashland; and his siblings, Tim Fraley of Westwood, Billy Fraley of North Carolina, Ray Fraley of Denver, CO, Chuck Fraley (Sharon) of Denver, CO and Nora June of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
