He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carrie Caines Coburn of Grayson, KY and Ralph Coburn; his daughter Belva Louise Coburn; his wife Shirley Riggs Coburn of Ashland; his children, Tracy Adkins (Jamie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Scott Coburn (Molly) of Ashalnd, KY; his sister Diana Holbrook of Grayson, KY; and his grandchildren, Trevor Hayes, Dillon Adkins, Trey Coburn, Kolby Coburn and Haleigh Adkins.
