It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Sorrell of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ollie Lee Sorrell; his grandparents, Andrew J. and Erie Ann Sorrell; his wife Frances Marie Cooksey Sorrell; his children, Linda Tackett (Bobby) and Robert Sorrell (Bertonya); his grandsons, David Tackett (Jenna), Jason Tackett (Sara), Daniel Sorrell, Adam Sorrell, Michael Sorrell and Joshua Sorrell; and his great grandchildren, Carson Tackett, Chloe Tackett, Aubrey Tackett and Katie Tackett. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
