He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Salyers and Blanche McCalvin Salyers; his wife Thelma Ann Rucker Salyers; and his son Matthew Ray Salyers. He is survived by: his sister Rita Haney of Ashland; his niece Cecilia Keffer of Grayson; his great-nephew Don; and his grandchildren, Christopher and Maggie Keffer of Grayson. He is also survived by loving extended family members and dear friends.
