With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Marie Welch Young of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on July 4, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Welch and Marie Holt Welch; and her siblings, John William Welch, Betty June Horn, Richard D. Welch, Glada Ann Crum, Frances Carolyn Horn, Bobby David Welch and Paul Edward Welch.

She is survived by: her son Jason Young (Roxy) of San Francisco, CA; and her sister Georgia Kay Bruce of South Shore, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
