She was predeceased by: her parent Claude H.; her husband Fred Chatfield; and her brothers, Paul Salyer and Buddy Salyer. She is survived by: her parent Clyda B. Smith Salyer; her sons, Tim Chatfield (Pat) of Lexington, KY and Marc Chatfield (Linda) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Crystal Chatfield, Chris Chatfield and Nicole Lawrence; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Dylan, Landen and McKenzie.
