With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Keathley of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 15, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ray and Miriam Harvey Forsyth; her husband Levi Keathley; her daughter Betsy Keathley McClain; and her siblings, Thomas H. Forsyth, Virgil Forsyth and Anna Margaret Roberts.

She is survived by: her son Harry F. Keathley (Brenda) of Catlettsburg; and her granddaughters, Valerie Jean Keathley-Helil (Khalid) of Lexington and Melissa Downey (Tony).
