She was predeceased by: her parents, Hudson Williams and Mabel Withers Williams; her husband Ernest Vernon Vance; and her children, Valerie Louise Vance, Ernest Vernon Vance, Jr. and Richard Vance. She is also survived by sister and four grandchildren.
