He was predeceased by: his niece Vicki Sue Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Christian Daniel of Ashland; his son Jordan Lee Daniel (Nikki); his brother Earl Daniel (Helen) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jacob Lee, Bailey Nicole and Leah Jo; and his sibling's children, Dave Daniel (Haley), Chris Daniel (Rebecca) and Rebecca Daniel Porter (Dwayne).
