She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Clay; and her siblings, Corine Hickman and Alfred Perkins. She is survived by: her sons, Steven T. Clay (Nancy), Daniel H. Clay (Cathy) and Thomas S. Clay II; her wife Cheryl of Ashland; her daughters, Sheree L. Saylor of Livonia, Beth Ann Robinson (Lyn) of Greenup and Lisa Jo Carroll of Ashland; and her siblings, Paul H. Perkins of Florida, Donald R. Perkins of Ashland and Sharon J. Layman of Ashland. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
