He was predeceased by: his parent Frank P.; his daughter Melissa Workman; and his brother Jerry Duley. He is survived by: his parent Eunice Anders Duley; his daughter Cindy Jackson of Catlettsburg; his siblings, Fred Duley, Tim Duley and Lynn Harris (Herb) of Russell; and his grandchildren, Bradley Workman (Krista), Brian Newman (Rebecca), Rylee, Bryton, Drew, Aiden and Liam.
