He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Rolen and Alice Louise Mullins Rolen; and his sister Jacqueline Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Clay Rolen of Ashland; his children, Mike Rolen (Samantha) of League City, Steve Rolen (Sue) of Franklin and Marla Rolen (William Carter) of Tampa; his sisters, Jean Venters of Bellefonte and Aileen "Mickey" Rolen of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Stewart Rolen, Hannah Eskola, Sarah Rolen and Natalie Rolen.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Unity Baptist Church in Frank's name.
