He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee and Roberta Stewart Arthur; and his sister Judith Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Delilah Arthur of Ashland; his children, Gary Arthur, Jr. (Sheila) of San Antonio, Jennifer Owens (Mark) of Owensboro, David Arthur of Ashland and Mike Arthur (Jacque) of Findlay Ohio; his siblings, Rosemary Conley of Ashland, Carolyn Alderson (Frank) of Ashland and Frank Arthur Jr. (Cindy) of Flatwoods; and his grandchildren, Emily Clark (Terrance) of California, Myra Hoover (Bobby) of San Antonio, Adam Arthur (Colleen) of San Antonio, Kristen Puckett (Brandon) of Nashville, Jonathon Arthur of Findlay, Olivia Arthur of Ashland and Justin Arthur of Findlay, Ohio. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
