He was predeceased by: his siblings, Verlin Lee, Ted Lee, Ralph Lee, Bob Lee, Florence Gilcher (Lee) and Maxine Shelton (Lee).
He is survived by: his children, Carl and Anna Lee (James); his wife Patricia Lee (Newsome); his children, Deb Bentley (Bill Bentley) of Catlettsburg, KY, Karla Evans (Lee) of Kansa City, KS and Rick Lee (Mimi Lee) of St. Augustine, FL; his stepson Jeff Mays (Rita Mays) of Ashland, KY.; his grandchildren, Anthony Mays, Brad Bentley, Travis Bentley (Alexis), Kayla Evans, Jessica Rogers (Caleb), Madison Lee, Jameson Lee and Karason Lee; and his great grandchildren, Emmalynn and Blakelynn.
