She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collinsworth and Sarah Lykins Collinsworth; her husband Harry S. "Penny" Pennington; her grandson Steven Pennington; and her son-in-law Tom Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Jones of West Union, OH and Greg Pennington (Regina) of Chillicothe, OH; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Caron (Jeff) of Monroe, OH, Eric Blankenship (Diana) of Spring, TX, Seth Blankenship (Jamie) of Manchester, OH, Josh Blankenship, Tim Blankenship (Shelby) of Jackson, WY, J. J. Pennington (Laura) and Casey Pennington of Stafford, VA. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
