He was predeceased by: his parents, Redford Meadows and Anna Robinson Meadows; his wife Phyllis Williams Meadows; his brother Phillip Meadows; his sister-in-law Debbie Meadows; and his father-in-law Charles Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Meadows (Tonya), Haley Bowden (Matt) and Hollie Cordle; his grandchildren, Taylor Bowden and Carson Bowden; his mother-in-law Dorothy Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Shelia Morris (David), Marilyn Jo Webb (Bill), Cathy Meeks (Randy), Vickie Stone and Bobby William (Catherine).
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
