He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Bone (Jeff) of South Point, OH and Stacey Fairchild (Jeff) of Franklin Furnace, OH; his sister Belinda Brumfield (Bill) of Russell, KY; and his grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Dylan Smith, Michael Hern and Kristina Hern.
