It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Caldwell of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Cornwell and Jessie Ballengee Cornwell; and her children, Billie Joe Caldwell Jr. and Donna Kay Caldwell McCoy. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Brandi Eitniear, Lacey and Larissa McCoy.

Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic there will not be a service at this time.
