He is survived by: his children, William Allen (Jami) of Louisville, KY, Matthew Allen (Sara) of Lexington, KY and Shanna Allen of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Joseph Allen of California, Michael Allen of Virginia and Nancy Allen (Thirteen) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Jamal, Aizon, Tamir, Bryce, Amaya, Isaac, Emilea, Kevin, Corlese, Susan, Elijah, Noah and Halley; and his siblings' children, Amanda and Joey. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
