He was predeceased by: his parents, Murden Manning and Manda Salyer Manning; his wife Marcella Imo Roberson Manning; his granddaughter Marci Manning; his siblings, Paul, Raymond, Donnie Manning and Margret Sutphin; and his son-in-law David King.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Manning (Linda) of Ashland and Charlotte King of Catlettsburg; his siblings, Charles Manning (Reba) of Ashland, Emmett Manning (Johnna) of Catlettsburg, Juanita Holbrook of Ashland and Marie Talmadge of Falls Church, VA; his grandchildren, Joseph Cory Manning and Samantha Erin Reeves; and his great grandchild James Wyatt Reeves. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
