It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herman Talmadge McPeek of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Talmadge was a founder of the Russell JFL, in the early 60's, and it was his wishes that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his memory to the league that introduced the great game of football to his sons, grandsons, and so many more young men in the Russell and Flatwoods area.
