She is survived by: her sons, Kenny Crooks (Pam) of Ashland and Randy Crooks of Ashland; her siblings, Howard Boyd (Elaine) of Dana, KY, Ben Boyd (Dot) of Vermillion, OH, Edsel Boyd (Loretta) of Wakeman, OH, Roger Boyd (Dottie) of Vermillion, OH, Thelma Gilbert of Harvest, AL and Dorothy Akers of Shreeve, OH; her grandchildren, Chris Crooks (Shelley) of Ashland, Candidia Rice (Phillip) of Ashland, Steven Smith (Rylee) of Paris Island, SC and Chelsea Moore (Cody) of Morehead, KY; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Crooks, Dylan Rice, Bailey Crooks, Kayla Rice, Addison Smith and Olivia Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
