Sperry, Jr. of Catlettsburg, KY, Rhonda Oliver of Grayson, KY, Wendell Sperry (Barb) of Ashland, KY and Roy Sperry (Patty Watts) of Okeechobee, FL; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Shayne Sperry, William Howard "Jake" Sperry, Chastity Sperry, Wendi Sperry, Michael Barnett, Sarah Barnett Virgin, James A. Borders, Michelle Borders Cooksey, Jake Sperry, Jordan Sperry and William Brady Sperry. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
