He is survived by: his children, Howard "Marty" Justice (Laura) of Ashland and Heather Rena Justice of Vallejo; his siblings, James Justice (Dreama) of Florida, Rick Stirr of Virginia, Paggia Evans (Larry) of Georgia and Minnie Stirr of Georgia; and his grandson Ian Justice.
