She was predeceased by: her parent George Alexy; her husband Charles E. Montague, Jr.; and her siblings, Paul Alexy, Nadia Hardy (Charles) and Jean Zeile (Jack).
She is survived by: her parent Mary Kropchak Alexy; her children, Medical, Charles E. Montague, III of Ashland, Phillip G. Montague (Teresa) of Ashland and Jerome Montague; her grandchildren, Sara Miller (Alex), Clinton Montague (Catie), Alex Montague and Natasha Montague; and her great grandchild Afton Rose Miller. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
