He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams Hillard of Ashland; his children, Jack Eric Hillard (Elizabeth) of Lexington, KY, Jennifer Hillard Farris of Franklin, TN and Cheree Ross Davis (John) of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandchildren, William Farris, Jackson Farris of Franklin, TN and Conner Davis of Catlettsburg, KY; his siblings, Steve Wells (Shari) of Ashland, Gail Wells Kimbler of Michigan and Carol Wells Miller of Louisville, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Lenore Williams and Patsy Davis (Ray) of Catlettsburg, KY..
