He was predeceased by: his parents, Tivis Blevins and Allie Justice Blevins; his son Patrick Harlan Blevins; and his daughter-in-law Coleen Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Nora Kouns Blevins; his children, Dwight Blevins of Grayson, Gregory Blevins of Ashland and Linda Chatfield (Marc) of Ashland; and his daughter-in-law Phyllis Blevins of Ashland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
