He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer McCormick and Ruth McGlone McCormick; and his sisters, Florence Guinn, Helen Kiser and Irene Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Fannin McCormick of Ashland; his children, Kevin McCormick of Lexington, KY, Gary McCormick (Mary) and Jeannie Patton (Ron) of Ashland; his sisters, Lorene Schofield of Circileville and Betty McCleese of Carter City, KY; his grandchildren, Rhonda Bradley, Scott Patton, Natasha Vaughan, Whitney, Nathan, Brandon, Angel McCormick, Ginny Gottstein and Brittney Kamerer; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Justin Bradley, Maranda Calhoun, Heather, Kimberly Patton, Bella, Lily Vaughan, Ben and Sean Gottstein; and his great great grandchild Kalijah Calhoun.
