He is survived by: his children, James Earl Stambaugh III of Ashland, KY, Teresa Lynn O'Neill (Ryan) of Bellevue, WA and Autumn Michelle Stambaugh of Melbourne, FL; his sisters, Nancy Rosalee Hicks of Ashland, KY and Tina Haney of Coalgrove, OH; and his grandchildren, Serena Dawn Stambaugh, Kylie Hays, Jolene Saoirse O'Neill, Jayden Atreyu O'Neill and Mick James O'Neill.
