He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Kouns and Uldene Willis Kouns. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cordle Kouns; his children, Traci Hunt (Christopher) of Coal Grove, Ohio and James Dustin Kouns of Nicholasville, KY; his brother Glen Kouns Jr. (Tina) of Ft. Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Sarah Nickel, Hannah Nickel, Desiree Kouns and Kiley Noble.
