He was predeceased by: his parent Henry C. Webb Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Norma Clemons Webb; his wife Karen Stephens Webb; his son Jeremy Webb of Ashland; his siblings, Sue Franz (Jeff) of Ashland, Toni Figley (Buddy) of Ashland and Jon Webb (Jean Ann) of Ashland; and his friend Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
