She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Garvin and Maude Vaughn Garvin; her husband William "Bill" Bowe; and her siblings, Richard "Buddy" Garvin and Jo Ann Forrest Cyrus.
She is survived by: her children, William C. Bowe (Zita M.) of Live Oak, Sandra G. Campbell (Mark) of Russell and Pamela S. Knuckles (Kenneth) of Mt. Juliet; her brother Robert Garvin of California; and her grandchildren, Kyle Hale, Jessica Colegrove, Angelina Pace, Chris Campbell, Corey Campbell, Jeremiah Bowe, Courtney Bowe Smyers and Ryan Bowe. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
