"Joe" Talley; her siblings, Jack Snow and Dot Bails; her children, Stephen Talley of Maysville, Susan Cline of Loveland and Cindy Elliott of Decanter; and her sisters, Joyce Swihart of Mt. Vernon and Susie Willets of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
