He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Ball Smith of Westwood; his children, Angela Dawn Boggs (Patrick) of Flatwoods, KY and Jimmie Lewis Smith, II (Shauna) of Bradenton, FL; his sisters, Carol Jean Abbey (Tom) and Violet Kelley of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Kristin Boggs, Cory Boggs, Colt Smith and Riley Smith. He is also survived by nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
