He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Ann Keelin. He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Stevens; his daughter Amanda Germann (Zack) of Catlettsburg; his grandchildren, Sophia Thornberry and Remington Blevins; and his siblings, Richard Keelin (Lisa) of Rush, Avery Keelin (Sherry) of Ashland and Tracy Bradley (Todd Chandler) of Westwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
