He was predeceased by: his parents, Oak Mullins and Lena Crawford Mullins; and his siblings, Charles Mullins and Charlotte Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Emma VanHoose Mullins of Ashland; his daughter Susan Thompson (Phil) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Rusty Thompson (LaNae) and Kayla Fletcher (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Haiden Thompson, Adelita Vanover and Oakley Thompson. He is also survived by extended family and good friends.
