He is survived by: his wife Amy Collins Morrison of Ashland; his daughters, Sheree Bartley (Gregory) of Russell, KY and Joan Morrison of Smyrna, TN; and his brother Everett Morrison (Katie) of Ashland. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
