He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Adams and John Mark Adams Sr.; his wife Joan Ray Adams; and his siblings, Margaret Adams (Peggy) and Jim Woods Adams, Sr..
He is survived by: his sister Kathryn Tomko (Tim) of Fairfield, CA; his children, Nancy Adams of Berea, KY, Mary Thompson (Charles) and Joseph Mark Adams of Ashland, KY.; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Adams Cornett (Austin) of Georgetown, KY, Amy Carpenter (David) of Frankfort, KY, Mark Adams (Michelle) of Parkville, MO and Jesse Thompson of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by six nephews, two nieces, three great grandchildren.
Social distancing and COVID 19 guidelines remain in effect.
