He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Dean Bailey and Hazel "June" Skaggs Bailey; his brother Michael Dean Bailey; and his brother-in-law Randy Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Drew Bailey of Catlettsburg, Bo Bailey and Spencer Bailey of Ashland; his sister Karen Sue Williams of Ashland; and his sister-in-law Linda Bailey of Lexington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
