He is survived by: his wife Katherine Howard Bush of Ashland, KY; his children, Shanon Tod Bush (Leedella) of Versailles, KY, England Joseph Bush of Huntsville, AL and Amber Nicole Bush of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Tyler Andrew Michael Bush, Emily Mae Atkinson, Garrett Lindsey Frederick Finley, Harlee Rae Finley, Riley Joseph Bush and Samantha Taylor Bush. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
