With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Gibson of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Gibson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Moore and Ona Moore; her husband Robert Gibson; and her siblings, David "Doc" Moore, Jenkins of Alaska and Barbara Moore.

She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Cooper (Clarence "B. B.") of Ashland and Patricia Stormes (Steven) of Ironton; her grandchildren, J. R. Cooper (Marilee), Angela Franklin (Marty), Tina Leighty (Pete), Charlie Tackette (Shelly), Stephanie Carter (Mike), Robert Tackette (Billie) and Teresa Alexander (David); and her great grandchildren, Heather Cooper, Josh Cooper, Matthew Rowe (Erin), Alyssa Coleman (Parker), Ericka Leighty, Jimmy Alexander (Taylor), Derrick Abb, Michael Leighty (Noelle), Steven Ramey, Alexis Mansfield (Steven), Tyler Tackette (Kaylyn), Craig Alexander, Austin Kelley (Alexis Lynch), Robbie Tackette, Isabella Tackette, Ethan Conley and Anna Carter. She is also survived by 13 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
