She is survived by: her parent Mary Ellen Collins Leslie; her children, Hope Daniels (Dean) of Martinsburg, WV, Robin Faulkner of Pittsburg, PA, Bobby Jack Faulkner (Janet) of South Point, OH and Ronnie Faulkner of Ashland; her brother Larry Leslie of Walker, CA; her grandchildren, Rose-Linda Stafford, Scott Daniels, Amy Berry, Sarah Williams, Katelyn Moore and Jimmy Moore; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Daniels, Natalee Daniels, Jacob Williams, Kathryn Berry, Jude Stafford, Emily Berry, Tanner Daniels, Elizabeth Williams, Teagan Moore and Izzy Adkins.
