She was predeceased by: her parents, Onyx Lewis and Lola Lewis (Brown); and her aunt Bess. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Lee Pullem; her sons, Chris Pullem of Ashland, KY and Aaron Pullem of Indianapolis, IN; her siblings, Sharon Bocook (Randy), Mervin Lewis (Libby) and Garry Lewis (late Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jordana and Caroline; her uncle Joe Craycraft; and her cousin Kim Stambaugh (Craycraft). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
