Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Justine Deters (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Hitchins, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 104, on January 3, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Minnie Abrams Ratcliff; her husband Paul H. Deters; her son Larry E. Deters; and her siblings, Geneva Kappes, Jean Robinson, Pete, Bill, Eddie, Bobby and Tony Ratcliff.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Paula Jo Boles (Will) of Nashville, Tennessee and Kate Jordan of Nashville, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Emily, Rachel Jordan, Chloe Boles and Austin Jordan; and her cousin Jenny Noonan. She is also survived by 15 nephews and nieces.
