She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Perry and Anna Lee Perry of Huntington, WV; and her brother Roger Perry (Beverlee) of Chattanooga, TN.. She is survived by: her husband James H. Baker (Doc); her children, Jay Baker (Margaret), Rhonda Cullop (David) and Kelly Thomas; her grandchildren, Nick Thomas (Ashley), Heath Thomas (Brittany), Sydney Salow (Logan), Jacob Baker and Carley Cullop; and her great grandchildren, Terell, Jordan, Dajyn and Lincoln.
