Karin Chellgren Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020, at the age of 74, Karin Chellgren Lewis (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Elliot and Kathryn Berquist Chellgren; and her brother Mark R. Chellgren. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Gregory Lewis (Erin) of Raleigh, NC and Michael Christopher Lewis of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Paul Wilbur Chellgren (Debbie) of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Jon David Chellgren (Diane) of Boca Raton, Fla., Lynn Ann Fernandez (John) of Miami, Fla. and Susan Chellgren Caudill (Gregory) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Xenea Burnette Wells, Ivy Katherine Wells, Berkley Showns and Andrew Showns; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Lewis Wells and Ava Danielle Wells. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
A celebration of Karin's life will be held once restrictions have been lifted regarding the Covid19 Pandemic.
