He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Ann Burke; and his brothers, Kenneth Burke and Gaylen Burke. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Kay Burke; his children, Keith Richard Burke (Debbie), David Lewis (Angie) and Debra Ann Burke Jones (Charles); and his grandchildren, Travis, Bridgette Burke, Cody, Dawson, Ethan Lewis and Stacey Strausbaugh.
